Journal History
Social & Educational Lens was established in 2024 as an initiative of the Network for Education with Emerging Technologies (EDUTEM), with the mission of advancing the dissemination of knowledge in the fields of social sciences, education, and technology. Published by Latin American Knowledge Editors LAKED S.A.S., the journal was founded with a strong commitment to promoting interdisciplinary research and contributing to academic dialogue through an open-access and continuous publication model.
Since its inception, Social & Educational Lens has been supported by renowned national and international scholars who voluntarily serve on its Editorial Board and International Review Committee. This network of experts has enabled the journal to consolidate a rigorous and transparent peer review process that ensures the scientific quality of published research.
In its first year, the journal began its indexing process in recognized scientific databases, meeting international standards for academic visibility and credibility.
